Detailed Software Prerequisites

1. Windows Operating System and Java Installation:

•     Ensure you are using a Windows operating system (Windows 7 or later). Compatibility with the latest versions is essential for smooth functionality.
•     Install Java 17, as it is required to run the software.
•     For 64-bit Windows: Use this [Java 17 Download].
•     For 32-bit Windows: Download the 32-bit version of Java using this [Google Drive link].
•     Verify Java is installed properly by checking the installation path and confirming through the command prompt using `java -version`.

2. Tally Software Installation:

•     Ensure Tally software is installed, compatible from Tally ERP 9 onwards up to the latest versions available.
•     If any customizations (TDL add-ons) have been implemented in Tally, please notify our team prior to integration to ensure compatibility and a smooth integration process.

3. Web Browser Requirements:

•     Browser access to view the PreciseCA web application is optimized for Chrome but is also compatible with other major browsers.
•     For the best user experience, we strongly recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome.
